Siggi’s Icelandic skyr yogurt. Gods gift to yogurt lovers. This stuff is so thick you could flick it at the wall and it wouldn’t move. It’s creamy and tart, not at all what I was expecting. Usually yogurt is syrupy sweet to me, so the first bite of this always confuses me. I eat it alongside half a Star grapefruit from whole foods. Delicious. The pomegranate passion fruit flavor us my favorite so far. Too bad I have to drive an hour and a half round trip to get to whole foods. But… I’ll do it for you, siggi.
